"Hello Vinolan,

Had to write you to let you know that there was a significant release of old energies last night.  My day had been completely normal.  I was planning to slip into bed early to read a book.  I don’t even want to mention how I ended up NOT going to sleep at all until almost 5 hours later.  It’s very interesting how your clearings affect me.

Honestly, it is a very long story.  It’s actually 10,000 years long.  My whole life I have known of a lifetime in Atlantis.  Part of my reason to be here in this life is to release the tragedy of it.  I did a lot of work to clear it over the years.  Some of it has been hard to believe.  I could write a book.  Anyway, a great deal of emotions came up around that lifetime.  I thought I had finally finished with it a few years back.  What was revealed were precisely the beliefs and traumas that have followed me for 10,000 years, and the names of who to forgive.  It was detailed. 

When I was finished I felt I was surrounded by a couple of dragons who comforted me.  It was very nice, not scary.  Oddly, when I think about clearing old traumas, ancestral connections, etc. I don’t think in terms of ten thousand years, even though that time has been on my back from the moment I was born. 

What a trip!!  Wanted to share.

I would work with one or the other as needed, depending on what I was working on but they definitely are in my energy always now so thank you for that - I am quite enjoying it.  I have accessed the realm through the portals a few times and it is still just as awesome and powerful as the first time :).
